Project Marketplace
The SCKG Project Marketplace is a space intended for publishing calls, initiatives and projects in the field of circular economy. It enables companies, research institutions and municipalities to promote their projects and ideas and facilitates the search for funding, potential partners and experts for cooperation in the development of circular projects.
MC GREEN
The MC GREEN project is developing micro-credentials in vocational education using the ISO 17024 standard to increase transparency and recognition across the EU. As part of the project, two micro-credentials are being created in the field of the green economy: energy and waste management, and circular economy models.
GreenVET
The GreenVET project supports vocational education and training schools in integrating sustainability into their operations. By adopting a whole-institution approach to sustainability, schools incorporate sustainability not only into teaching but also into the life of the school community.
CE-PRINCE
The CE-PRINCE project (Interreg Central Europe) is an initiative focused on green public procurement and circular innovation. It brings together 10 partners and supports the transition to a circular economy through the use of GPP and the strengthening of public sector capacities.
CIRCOTRONIC
The CIRCOTRONIC project involves 12 partners from business, academia, policy and regional development in Central Europe, with the aim of promoting circular and efficient production of EEE and shaping a support framework for e-waste.
ASTER
The ASTER project of the Interreg Alpine Space programme connects textile and plastic ecosystems to promote the circular economy. Eleven partners are testing the R5 approach for reducing and managing waste and strengthening cross-border value chains and policies.
ReInd-BBG
The ReInd-BBG project promotes reindustrialisation according to the principle “Brownfield is better than Greenfield” in the Danube region. The goals are to strengthen the capacities of public authorities, reduce process fragmentation, demonstrate benefits and implement the 4H approach.
Greene 4.0
The GREENE 4.0 project supports manufacturing companies in Central Europe in introducing sustainable and smart value chains, co-creating new products and connecting business, research and policymakers through open innovation.
Calls and invitations
250,000 euros for co-financing infrastructure for the reuse of products
On 27 February 2026, the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy published a public call for co-financing investments in infrastructure for carrying out activities of product reuse or preparation of waste for reuse (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 16/2026, pp. 514–542)
Public call for individual expert consulting and mentoring for SMEs
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain free expert consulting through the SCKG project for the development of circular models, efficient use of resources and certifications. The purpose of the call is to increase efficiency, reduce environmental footprint and strengthen competitiveness.
Call for applications for awards for inventive solutions in the field of circular economy 2025
A call has been published for the best inventive solutions in the field of circular economy for 2025. The call is published by the Styrian Chamber of Commerce as the beneficiary of the Strategic Research and Innovation Partnership – Network for the Transition to Circular Economy (SRIP – Circular Economy).
Public call for inclusion of providers of green solutions in the SCKG database
The Slovenian Centre for Circular Economy (SCKG) is establishing a national database of providers of green solutions that will enable companies and other stakeholders easy access to circular technologies, products and services.
Public call: free expert support for the introduction of circular economy in municipalities and regions
Within the Slovenian Centre for Circular Economy (SCKG), we invite Slovenian municipalities and local and regional development actors (development agencies, local energy agencies, utility companies, local development partnerships and other development entities) to join the system of free expert support for the introduction of the circular economy and the connection of stakeholders for establishing circular value chains.
