CCRI COMPASS – online handbook for implementing the circular economy at local and regional level

The online tool was developed within the European Commission initiative CCRI – Circular Cities and Regions Initiative and was also used in Slovenia within the CCRI pilot region Podravje (RRA Podravje and E-zavod). The tool is designed as a comprehensive handbook for guiding the process of introducing circular economy principles into cities and regions, from identification and engagement of stakeholders, to the preparation of strategies and circular systemic solutions, and all the way to financing implementation projects. It is also supported by a set of indicators and a tool for self-assessment of the state and progress. The tool is free of charge.
