Digital readiness assessment tool

The tool was developed within the RISE project (Resilient Innovation through digital Sustainability and Excellence). The aim of the project is to support SMEs in the transition to digital business, increase their resilience and enable them to effectively use digital technologies for sustainable growth and innovation.

It is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to assess their level of digital readiness and identify areas where they can introduce improvements using digital solutions.

The tool offers:

• systematic self-assessment across different dimensions (digital culture, supply chain, automation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence etc.),
• calculation of the company’s digital maturity profile,
• recommendations for the most suitable digital technologies that match the company’s specific business performance indicators (KPIs),
• clear visualisation of results (SCORE OVERVIEW), enabling the company to better understand the current situation and priorities for digital transformation.
