USER PARICIPATION - Pametno orodje za načrtovanje participativnih procesov z uporabniki

The online tool was developed within the URBAN INNO project (Interreg Central Europe) and is intended to support the planning of cooperation processes with users (customers, citizens etc.) of products and services. The tool guides the user through 8 sequential steps and also includes the use of online platforms and social networks. It is useful in designing circular systemic solutions that involve diverse stakeholders. Its usefulness has been demonstrated in various pilot projects in both the public and private sectors. The tool is free of charge.
